What Happened.........

On a perfect late summer day, chapter members met for a lobster bake at Ed and Betty Lou Nelson’s beautifully landscaped home. They were assisted by Rich and Betty Draganski.  There were many other helpers, as well.

The wines were a sparkling wine aperitif and some very good New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

We dined on some great salads, absolutely fresh and tender corn, and delicious desserts, all showing off our members’ culinary skills.
