What Happened.........

We had a beautiful sunny and warm late summer day at the home of Georgette and Dan Willoughby.  As can be seen in the pictures, the burgers were on the grill and the wines were in hand.

Inside, our members had laid down dozens of good salads and special dishes to complement the burgers, and desserts to finish.

There was Cabernet from Chile, 2007 Santa Alicia; from California, 2006 Moon Mountain; and Chardonnay from California, 2007 Mountain View.

Added attractions were some special wines and a beer.  Frank Carson shared his prizewinning Zinfandel and a very nice ale that he had made, and Bob Bilenchi shared his delicious secret formula Currant dessert wine.

It was a great afternoon of food, wine, and conversation for all.
